Sign Up:
To sign up for the account access portion of Personal Online Banking, click here to go to the sign up page for Lincoln Park Savings Bank. As a first time user, you will be asked to complete the online Registration Form. If approved, you will receive an Access Key Code to use the first time you sign on.

Once registered for the account access portion of Personal Online Banking, you can sign up for Bill Pay by completing the online Bill Pay Registration Form found in the Bill Pay section of Personal Online Banking. Once approved for the Bill Pay portion of Personal Online Banking, you can begin paying your bills electronically within 3 business days.
